Creator Agreement
Last updated · August 24, 2026
1. Scope
This Creator Agreement applies when you apply to campaigns, accept work, or deliver content on Yumberri. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Applications and selection
Applying to a campaign does not guarantee selection. Brands choose creators at their discretion. Once selected and you accept, you agree to deliver the stated deliverables by the campaign deadline.
3. Deliverables
Content must match the brief, meet platform specs (format, length, captions), and be original unless the brief allows otherwise. You must not use copyrighted music, trademarks, or third-party likenesses without permission when required.
4. Revisions and approval
Brands may request revisions within the campaign's revision rules. Approval releases escrow payment per Platform payment rules. Rejection with a valid brief-based reason may require resubmission or cancel the assignment under Platform dispute rules.
5. Payment
Fees are those shown on the campaign (fixed for MVP). Yumberri deducts the marketplace fee before payout. You are responsible for taxes on income you earn through the Platform.
6. Usage rights
Unless a campaign states otherwise, approved deliverables grant the brand a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the content for marketing for the period specified in the brief. You retain ownership of your underlying IP except for the licensed rights granted.
7. Conduct and disclosures
You must follow advertising disclosure rules (including sponsored content labels) for the markets where content is published. Harassment, fake metrics, or misrepresentation of audience or engagement is grounds for removal.
8. Termination
Either party may end an assignment as allowed by Platform dispute and cancellation rules. Yumberri may suspend creators who repeatedly miss deadlines, deliver off-brief work, or violate these terms.
