Terms of Service

By accessing or using Yumberri ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Yumberri is a UGC marketplace that connects brands with creators to produce authentic marketing content. Brands create campaigns, creators apply and deliver work, and payments are held in escrow until delivery is approved.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

Brands are responsible for campaign briefs, creator selection, content approval decisions, and ensuring campaigns comply with applicable advertising and consumer laws. Campaign budgets must be funded as required before work begins.

Creators represent that submitted content is original (or properly licensed), does not infringe third-party rights, and meets the campaign brief. Creators must disclose sponsored content as required by law.

Yumberri charges a marketplace fee (currently 10% unless otherwise stated). Payments are processed through escrow. Release of funds follows campaign approval rules. Chargebacks, refunds, and disputes are handled per our payment and dispute policies.

Usage rights for delivered content are defined in each campaign and the Creator Agreement. Yumberri retains ownership of the Platform, branding, and software.

You may not misuse the Platform, scrape data, circumvent fees, harass users, upload illegal content, or interfere with Platform security or availability.

The Platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee campaign outcomes, creator performance, or uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yumberri's liability is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
