• Campaign, application, messaging, and payment-related data

We use information to operate the marketplace, match brands and creators, process payments, prevent fraud, provide support, improve the product, and communicate about your account or campaigns.

We share information with payment processors, hosting providers, and other vendors who help us run the Platform — under contracts that limit their use of your data. We may share information when required by law, or with your direction (for example, showing your creator profile to brands).

We keep information as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, dispute, and security purposes. You may request deletion subject to those obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Yumberri is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
